Stuart has worked  with Apartments near the UT campus area which helped start the creation of College Real Estate, a referral network designed to help parents answer the age old question of whether they should buy or rent. Offering a book that walks someone through the process of buying as an investment property while your kids go to college and many other resources.  The goal is to help students secure housing around their campus area while using knowledgeable Realtors and Locater's.
